Well, did you specify the path with the filename when you told it where to save? You could make it easier by doing this:
[bng]
|
[openpanel]
|
[open $1(
|
[sfwrite~]This will open a dialog with a file browser which will allow you to pick a filename and where to save the file. [openpanel] will send the whole path and filename out its output and will replace $1.
Any reason why you're using [sfwrite~]? [writesf~] is better supported and, since it's vanilla, is more widely used.
thanks....but i tried this and it didnt work.
oh....writesf~ is what i use,sorry about that.

Haha, yes, that is my new quest: to catch everyone on the forum who accidentally says [sfwrite~] and correct them! This isn't Max, goddammit!!!
