First off, don't use [spigot~]. Ever. The guy who wrote that object is a bit of an OS snob, so it doesn't work on Windows. I first attempted to open this on Windows and got all kinds of errors in the Pd window. I noticed in most cases you're just using it as an on/off switch, in which case [*~] does just that.
I now just tried on my Mac and still couldn't get sound right away, even though there were no errors. It seemed to be because even that the Mute [tgl] wasn't on. It seems you are loadbanging it on and immediately back off, but without the [tgl] saying so.
Also, it would be really nice to adjust the tuning of the two oscillators. I like that you have the modulation options on the left, but when the oscillators are exactly in tune the modulation can get pretty boring. I think that would really open up your patch. That and some filters.
All that said, this is coming along nicely. Keep up the good work.
