i have a patch that doesn't work on my laptop pc. i'm working on a compaq laptop with 2.1 GHz Amd Turion Dual Core processor and 3 gb ram. i have vista installed.
the patch that i'm sharing with some of its audio/video content is working on my macbook pro, and some older intel machines which have almost the same configurations with this compaq.

my pd version is 40,3 extended.

it's a patch for an installation. webcam detects the movement and bangs to play 6 channel audio and a video. there are some random calculations. i don't know what else i can tell about it.i uploaded it onto rapidshare. if you have time,could you have a look at it ? any comments and help to solve this problem is very appreciated. thanks.

i uploaded my patch with some audio and video materials, that's why it's so big. i needed to do that to make sure they don't cause any trouble, maybe it's them, i'm not sure.

but anyway, here's the patch alone.

i don't have GEM installed here at the moment, but just scanning through your patch, you have a lot of visual number boxes connected in your signal path. They are often the culprit for poor cpu usage.
