ok i have done this before but for some reason i cant get it to work! and have searched for a similar patch but no luck.

I have a motion tracker, which when it reaches one it plays a clip

(apologies if i get any of this notation wrong!)

however i need to add in a delay so that after the movie has started playing it waits 10 seconds until it gets to play again but cant figure out where to put it.

[delay 10000] will delay a bang by 10 seconds, so you could trigger this when it starts playing, and use the output to reenable the playback option

instead of [onebang], this would do it:
