i patched plugin~ to make it run correctly and renamed the object to ladspa~ to make it less confusing.

i don't have much experience with scons, and when i try to follow your install directions, i get this error:

scons: *** No SConstruct file found.
File "/usr/lib/scons/SCons/Script/Main.py", line 825, in _main

not sure if this info is also helpful, but here's my console output for the previous command too:

mpi@mpi:~$ hg clone http://bitbucket.org/moumar/ladspa/ ladspa~

sorry, my explanations on the site were not necessarily clear enough. The "hg clone" command is like an "svn checkout", so you have the most recent code inside the "ladspa~" directory. Just get into it and run scons and its done

although i did get a crash from the help file because i don't have a couple of the plugins installed.
