My "Pd version 0.39.2-extended-test7" seems not to have the [hid] object.
Do I need to upgrade, or is there a workaround?

I think it's called [hidin] or [hidio] on windows, not 100% sure as I've not used either.

'Twas probably just my mistake to use the "Test7" build. The [hid] help objects are all present, but...................
And so, I'm going for the upgrade to Pd 0.39.3-Extended, for which, A Big Thank You again to the developer community~:o)!
