I must to convert a PD patch in Max/MSP but I have a problem...

In Max/MSP, if an object's outlet is connected to several destinations, corresponding messages are always sent in right-to-left screen order. But in Pd, the messages are sent in the order you made the connections in.

How then I do to know the order in which objects were placed?

You don't know. Pd uses [trigger] to order message events. Pd connections where several go from the same outlet are *undefined*, so the Pd patch is badly written. Add a [trigger] object to the Pd patch and get it work correctly, then the same right-to-left ordering applies in Pd as Max.

You could read the Pd file. The connection matrix appears in the order they were created. As you say this *usually* matches onto the evaluation order, but not always. (I'm not sure why).
