hi there,
i'm quite new to puredata and 3d visuals. i have a question: is there any way to do two or more 3d objects with same side (for example two cubes with same size and centre) and avoid blinking textures? i did some testings and didn't found any solution.winxp/pd/gem

Hi,
nice images! People love screenshots (at least I do !
Videofiles? So you project videos on the cubes?
It's like the Homer patch in the GEM tutorials?unfortunately my computer is not powerful enough to capture video to disk. my notebook hdd is very slow so i can't capture videofile. i'm working on it and i believe i can solve it.
there are practicaly 4 cubes with different center points and different size. just explore that patch and you understand...

yeah man, that is pretty nice!
Helps that your original image is pretty neat, i would like to know how that was created.unfortunately the original image is not my work. i found it long ago somewhere on the net. but new version of my patch uses videofile as a texture and i have a lot of my own videos which also fits well. but i'm afraid gem is not so powerful as i thought. for example the method of texturing -- i can only set quality 0/1 and there is nothing else to set.
i'm also working with vvvv. it has perfect gui and interface but i didn't dive into it so far
