Hi, not really off topic, but it didn't really fit into the other topics...

Anyone know if there is such a thing as a Max/MSP to PD dictionary for people like me who are in the process of converting from max to pd? I'm thinking like 'send~ = throw~' and so on. If it does not exist we could maybe start one up in the PDWikiWiki. It would sure be useful.. Especially as many learn Max through academics and then end up having to buy it because that is what they're used to.

not that i've heard of...but you get an answer pretty quick here and on the mailign list if you have a question...

yeah up to you. it's open source software...you can add to it as you see fit.

12 years later... and I'm wondering if there is a dictionary between Max and PD. @martin_aa did you start the wiki you were thinking of? Anyone else any suggestions? I'm in a similar situation, being an experienced Max user who wants to move towards PD. ANy help?
