why does one offer hardware buffer and the other one offers pull mode?

@4ZZ4 I think the control panel only offers pull waveRT if it is going to be possible to use it.
The offline control panel has only gathered information on other devices and drivers, and until a program loads the Asio4All driver it doesn't have all the information it needs.
A long time ago the doc recommended not even installing the offline settings.
