Hi, i tried to install the [plugin~] external through deken. It says that it has been added succesfully but then when I go back to the patch window as soon as I try to add it it causes pd to instantly close. Does anyone know what I might have done wrong? thanks

@liamorourke Probably a dsp problem, unless it's a 32/64bit problem. Is your patch loadbanging dsp? Maybe disable Pd audio completely and then work through settings until it faults again?

got it working through synaptic. didn't realise you could install pd-externals through there. Not sure what went wrong with deken but for now I've got what i need. thanks for your help
