Someone knows of Extraction of the spectral envelope of acoustic signals and basic sound resynthesis

Also, if you search for "spectr" in the Pd "doc" folder you will find a few patches that implement parts of what you see in the Pdf.
For re-synthesis I think there are many possibilities. Try looking for "subtractive".... "fm" .... "convolution" but there are probably others......
You could find "LyonPotpourri 3.0" https://github.com/ericlyon/lyonpotpourri3.0 useful, but I think you would have to compile it. I could upload it here....... but I only have the .dlls (for windows)... and I would have to remove all the audio or @Eeight would have a fit......
