I just tried a little patch doing oscilllator sync using another phasor but it just occurred to me that the phase input doesn't accept signal input, so I used [snapshot~] driven by [metro 3]

Firstly,this isn't sample accurate and secondly, the phase input is only accurate to the nearest 64 samples.

How do I achieve this in the signal domain in Pd?

I know this isn't exactly what you're after...fake sync solution: use [wrap~] and [*~] to create a second phasor at some non integer multiple of the first.

THis is how its done in max (i checked one of their examples). It uses pong~ which is equivalent to wrap~

Kind of. The above patch changes the phase of [osc~] on each block, but to a value that we aren't sure of (because the [phasor~] is running asynchronously to [osc~].

In a sync oscillator the desired behaviour is to *force* them to periodically align their phases to zero.
The master forces the slave to reset when it hits 0 ( or 1 in some implementations).
