I'm a new PD developer and I need your help to start working with it.
I have a task to upload .wav file from my hard disk and play it using PD patches.
So can you please send me an explanation or an example how to do that?

Once you get an idea of how they work you can figure out which tool suits your purpose; tabplay~ for oneshot samples, tabread for indexed samples with or without interpolation(pitch/speed change)
