Hi there, I wasn't sure where to post this but here goes:
Can you give me some advice on how perform real-time spectral processes in PD? I'm thinking specifically along the lines of the Michael Norris suite of plug-ins. Spectral Drone Maker, Spectral Freezing and I'm particularly interested in the Spectral Blur plug-in.
I come from a Max/MSP background and have not been using PD for very long at all.
There was an article by Jean-Francois Charles on spectral processing using Jitter objects in Max/MSP. Would this be something I could do with GEM? Or should I stay in the audio domain?
To reiterate, this does need to be in real-time. However I don't mind a short audio delay if there's is a buffer that is being read in real-time for example.
Thanks!
