Hello I'm working with a patch for a final project I'm doing for school. I want to put buttons on a canvas to simulate a music player, every time I save the canvas goes from the background to the foreground. What would I have to do to make the canvas stay in the background so I can see my buttons?

select all your buttons (i assume they are bangs or toggles?), then cut and paste them on top of the canvas.

save your patch.

close your patch and open it again.

Now does it work?
