Hi,

I want to create a colour separation effect similar to this;

The video was made by filming the same scene multiple times then playing them back
over each other through different colour filters.

My aim for now is to have 3 instances of one short video play in sync with each other through different colour filters and to have the speed of each one individually controlled so that I can have a colour smearing effect.

Any help with this would be great, I hope my explanation makes sense!
