Creating a patch that allows for band pass filtering of sound, with the filter being controlled by a midi keyboard.

And the midi note value should control the centre frequency of the filter, with the midi not velocity controlling the speed at which the previous centre frequency changes to the new centre frequency.

I already have 2 oscillators creaiting sound going into a band pass filter but am stuck with the rest

[notein] to get midi input for pitches and velocity. Also look into [stripnote] if you don't want to deal with noteoff messages and such. You can use [mtof] to convert midi pitches to frequencies. If you want to be able to have the center frequency glide around you are better of using the [vcf~] filter instead of the [bp~] filter because the former can take an audio rate pitch input while the latter cannot. You can use the [line~] object to generate smooth slides between incoming pitches and control their time with the velocity part of [notein]

Or [lop~] if you want exponential glide. Also the glide should come before the [mtof~].
