Well, the title says it all... Anyone knows of a decent pitch-shifter? I've been using the included 2-delay-line pitch-shifter so far which is nice for long evolving pads, but quite unusable for anything rythmical. I'm looking for one that doesn't time-stretch the material.

if you're using drum loops, the best way i can think of is to cut your loop into segments, and pitch shift each part, perhaps adding some reverb or feedback-delay to the tail of each part.

a simple, vst~ style pitch shifter added on top of a loop is almost always goign to give you dodgy results.

(note that i didn't include the reverby-tails, so it does get quite cut up if you pitch up too far)
