I am trying to run 0.38.4 extended on my Mac G4 cube- OSX 10.3.9, when I come to test Audio and Midi I cannot get a sound out of the (standard) USB speakers. Am I missing something obvious?

go into the pd-0.38.4-extended menu at the top of the screen and find 'preferences'. from that select your audio output.

also, it's the oldest trick in the book, but have you got 'compute audio' ticked?

I did have Compute Audio ticked, but hadn't checked preferences... Will try that. Thanks!
