I am completely useless when it comes to PD and i am trying to create quite a basic tape delay. I have attached what i have at the moment, obviously it doesn't work, i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice as to what to do...
I really am rubbish and i find it all extremely confusing!

You should start with something simpler. This has a complex interface and multiple components. Hack apart the examples in the help files to construct something you like. Right click, help! Also see the beautiful tutorials in the PD folder.

You seem to have some errors with signal routing - remember that audio signals must be connected to audio inlets - to outlet audio from an abstraction use [outlet~]

If you attach patches to the forum that call on abstractions you need to zip them so that we have all the components. In this case [unmute]
