Hello Naer, and welcome.

I'm new too, and also waiting for some help on something else.

But I can say that you'll find your reverb, other effects, wave file usage and lots else amongst help files accessible from the Pd main window. You can also separately find cool stuff in the extras directory, and probably also in some of the other directories, within the main Pd program directory.

'Copy' and 'Paste' to make your own patch will work in most cases.

but i'm still interested at makeing music only by pd, especcialy drums, maybe sb can help me how to create nice drum machine without using waves, i can make loops, but my sounds are too long and not so nice...
i need to gain sound ilke twerk or to rococo rot, how can i make them?

I have check if i had this ead~ and delta~ external, it have been installed with the pd-external package on my Debian sarge.

have a try with this, for other platform : http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=55736&release_id=146085

maybe these external are inside the pd-externals package.

Thanx neko but I'm afraid it's impossible to create or read any ead~ object with this extended version... At least with the windows ' version. My goal is to make run the patch on the link below

these installers contain nearly all the externals available on your platform at the moment..it might be worthwhile downloading one and setting up pd again...they are very easy to run too. pretty much just download, unzip and then drag to your home folder:

you want to play wave files? this is easy...just check the documents for [tabplay~] and more effectively [tabread4~]

if you want to record wave files to disk, [writesf~]

just make a [key] object and then attach a number box to its outlet

just keep messing round with stuff, work your way through as much of the documentation as you can find. keep coming back to this forum and go through the archives of this forum.

most of all, you're on a search for a lot of information that is scattered all over the place. just stick with it and you'll find what you need, and then hopefully also open yourself up to a lot of new ideas which are out there too. it's like learning anything isn't it...seems overwhelming at first, but you just have to have faith that you'll make it through to the other side sooner or later and know what you're doing. if you get stuck, always just ask here though. it's the best place for esay questions.

also, for the drums...there are a couple of pd synthesized drumkits out there, but none of them have ever sounded too flash for me, so i still use samples... but the best ones i have come across have been by my new mate chun... his site is here: http://www.sonicvariable.com/
