i DESPERATELY need something like kiosk mode,something that would kill the keyboard shortcuts in my patch.

What do you mean by keyboard shortcuts? The built in system shortcuts like ctrl-1 to create object, ctrl-2 for message box and so on? Or do you mean canceling the keys that are assigned by you --or perhaps by someone else-- to trigger specific events? If the latter, simply deleting, or putting a [spigot] after the [key] object that reads the key pressings would be enough. If the former, well, I don't have any clue about that.

Just out of curiosity, why would you need such a thing?

i have a patch where i use as an input 2 keyboards..people are supposed to "CHAT"..but,whenever someone clicks ctrl+O,ctrl+S or similar,it opens the "save as" or "open" or "new",or whatever windows and the pd is not active anymore..so,i need to disable WINDOWS shortcuts..and all else that use ctrl,alt,tab..i need something like a "full screen" mode for pd,so that you can not go out of the programe..

i believe (not really sure) i have read somewhere, you can quit all windows shortcuts if you deacticvate the RPC-service. no warranty!
i have a german win xp, so i don't know the path on english language machines - it must be something like ->controlpanel ->configuration (?) -> services (?)....
it's on you to find that out!
