I'm (again) trying to get my BCR2000 to work in 0.40.3 extended (winxp). When i start up pd, apparently the device is recognized, since i see this :

MIDI input devices:
1. BCR2000 [01]
2. BCR2000 [01] IN A
MIDI output devices:
1. Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth
2. BCR2000 [01]
3. BCR2000 [01] OUT A
4. BCR2000 [01] OUT B

But when i want to select it in the media/midi settings... window i see no devices in neither input or output devices (i see the Microsoft GS Wavetable thing under output devices). I know it works under 0.38.x but i do not want to go back to that version.

Anyone has already solved this one, or should this be reported somewhere as a bug?

Problem solved.

I've searched a little and found out that under 0.41.4 RC3 everything works perfectly. And the "save settings" in the asio dialog is a very nice new feature. Never having to select audio / midi settings again !
