Is there a way to make multiple connections with one click. I know there is no such a thing in Pd but maybe in an GUI enhancement or something like that.

hard to give an advice since i don't really know what in fact you want to do.
but there are several possible solutions, you could build a kind of patchbay for routing several inputs to several outputs.
you can also create connections between objects dynamical, see the attachment.
