I'm trying to get pitch from a violin with fiddle to control a synth .but outlet of fiddle object is a error sound.how solve. thank.

The first outlet is "cooked Pitch" . The third outlet of fiddle~ is the raw pich and amplitude. use [unpack f f] like in the documentation and then stick the raw or cooked pitch into a osc~ or phasor~ to hear the tracked pitch. For more complex signals, the phase<-? and pitch of as many as 100 sinusoidal components are output on the rightmost.
