Hi, I would like to know how to change the file types written out by GEM with pix_write? On my computer it writes out .tiff, but I want to change it to jpg?

Yes but GEM can produce jpeg files, and I want to know how.

Does anyone know? I can't find it in "Ye Olde GEM Manual".

OK I just installed the new version of GEM that recently came out and now the help files work, so I got it.

well I still can't get it to work, can anyone help? I tried to do what the help file said (which is rather vague on how to make it change to JPEG in my opinion). Does anyone know?
