I am a long-time Max user switching to PD for RasberryPi and struggling a bit with some of the differences. I could use some help. Forgive me, I'm a beginner at this, and it could be some dumb questions.

I keep getting an "unknown header error" that I can't figure out the solution. I figured it was probably an 8-byte file, but it seems like it is the 4-byte I need... I used resize on Soundfile and had it output the info "44100 116 2 4 l." - what is it I need to be doing to get the WAV file right?

@KBald77 Does [soundfiler] load the wav file into a table successfully? Have you tried the same patch and file on a different platform? Do other applications load that wav file successfully?

I only gots questions, but if anyone has anything else to offer, feel free to jump right in!

I remember that is some soundfile where not loading correctly, I used audacity to convert it and it was succefuly loaded most of time.
