This is real simple and straight-forward but I couldn't find it anywhere so am just going to place it here for ready acces by (myself and) others.
It takes a list of 3 values (each between 0-255) to its inlet and outputs a symbol of that rgb color value in hexadecimal.
ex. use case: when you have input ranges between 0-255 but only want to filter for the 256 color-safe values (by hexadecimal).
