    Thanks to all of you. It seems to me that this little exercise is more difficult then i thought. Thank you @whale-av, i will try out this one, even if i don't understand every single step. I'll have to do some research.
    @seb-harmonik-ar Thx for the advice!

    Hey,

    I'm trying to install deken as well on my windows 8.1. But my pd-vanilla 0.46-7 can't find the plugin (the point "find externals" is not available under "help"). I tryed to put the deken-plugin.ctl in the install directory pd\ and in the pd\tcl\ path. but nothing seems to work. Any help?

    Hey there,

    my goal is to create a random tone generator that uses not just numbers in a range of something to feed the osc~ object. I want you use the Hz values of, for example the c major scale . So i got 7 values (261Hz for C4, 293Hz for D4, 329Hz for E4 and so on...) that should be played randomly through the osc~ object.

    I'm complete new to Pd, so i just discovered the random object and i know (thx to this forum) how to patch a random tone generator. But i want some kind of list with the values from above so later i can transpose this list to D major for example etc...

    Any help appreciated!

    thx, T.

    Oh man, thank you very much. I better improve my knowledge about box-types or my own debugging skills. No clicks anymore...

    Thanks! T.

    Hey there,

    i'm a complete noob on pure data and i was just experimenting with some random, tone generators yet. In the following Patch i created, i still get clicks out of my monitor boxes everytime i turn on the toggle even though i putted down the line~ (and also the vline~) object with different ramp-values. Is there anything wrong on how i embedded the line object? Or is it my hardware (I'm using 4.5 PreSounus Monitors and a Focusrite 2i4 with buffer on 2ms, but i already tried higher buffer lengths). I appreciate if anyone could help me with that issue.

    Thanks, T.
