I thought it was the result of log(2)/12 ... but this don't match ...

because of this formula :
transposition factor = 2 ^(h/12) = e ^(log(2)/12 * h )
with h the desired pitch shift in half-tones
the division by 1000 for the window
the convertion of the window from ms to s
I still have to get this * Momentary Transposition ' which explain the calculus of the phasor frequency (Fphasor)
