Here's a little patch I thought people might like. I did actually post it a while ago but got lost last time the forum went down.
All it is is a solid colour bar graph, which can also be interacted with using the mouse. A slider behind a canvas is used to change the vertical size of the foremost canvas giving the impression of movement. It's quite handy as a little extra for a GUI.
