<p>I am working on a project which involves crossfading between two live video inputs (webcams).<br />
<a href="http://en.flossmanuals.net/pure-data/ch050_video-mixer/" rel="nofollow">This tutorial</a> explains how to do this with video files, however this method doesn't seem to work when I replace &quot;pix_film&quot; with &quot;pix_video.&quot; I am getting an error that the two videos aren't the same dimension..is this possible with GEM?</p>

<p>maybe you could use [pix_resize] to make it the same dimension?!</p>
<p>or then, (only now i remembered how i always do it) you could use two render chains with alpha blending.</p>
