i would like to know if in pure data there is something like the presentation mode in max msp, i mean that when i start and lock the patch for example only some messages or buttons must be showed.

The Pd method is to use GOP subpatches. Stick all the gui elements you want to see in a subpatch, then right-click the subpatch and select "Graph-On-Parent". When you click Apply, you will see a red rectangle on the subpatch. Everything within that rectangle will be visible in the parent patch. You can resize the GOP area with the size and margin properties.
