This Patch is to make live some good rythmic sounds:

• 6 Drummachines + phasor + delay
• 3 Synthesizer + phasor + delay
• output: phasor + delay +delay
• Can be recorded
• the delay has as option to get various to the bpm
• keypreset (ch1-9 : q w e a s d y x c)

This hasn't worked for me in Windows XP.

To begin with, the [midi_instdrum32 drum0/1/2/etc] object-boxes were broken. I checked inside the tools folder and "corrected" the names in the patch to midi_instdrumsynth32..., which made empty Graph-on-Parent windows appear. Then, I went into those and found other object-boxes broken in the sub-patches, but the names did match stuff in 'tools'. So, I shut down Pd, re-started the patch again, and everything was back to the way it first was, except for the names I'd "corrected" in the main window, which were again in broken object-boxes.

There's undoubtedly a strong element of limited Pd-knowledge on my part here, so I wonder whether others have managed to get it going on Windows.

(yes, I did put the 'tools' folder into the Pd path, to begin with~:o)

Strange brew, but a lovely patch nonetheless, from what I'd heard via your other post.

did you try declaring your path within the patch ?

after having unzipped the patch you open minimal.pd you create a new object :
and type in "declare -path ../tools"
then save quit and relaunch

it should now load abstractions located in tools. I've had trouble defining path before now I use this method and everything works great, plus it's a good way to indicate clearly dependecies in a main patch.
