Got a little ASUS eee running pd-extended, but freeverb~ seems to be too expen|cpu|sive. Is there anything else that can "freeze" the reverb tail/tone in the same way, but cheaper?
Nooooot a stutter patch though.

P.S. the debian build of pd-extended is working great otherwise in Xandros

there's a cheap non-oversampled reverb based on the freeverb code in my DIY library (search this forum if you need to find it)

it doesn't have tail freeze, but it should be fairly easy to implement, i guess.
