<p>EDIT: there is an open request on Github: <a href="https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/issues/603" rel="nofollow">https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/issues/603</a> So I guess [r.mmb] does this too.<br />

<p>UPDATE: Now just as [s] and [r]:  If no argument is given, default is 'empty symbol':</p>
