<p>Second, even if it does eventually load will it do the following:</p>
<p>I need to take a standard MIDI file which plays notes on multiple channels, sends program changes, etc. and have PD read it and send the data to a MIDI hardware sound module for playback.</p>
<p>Is this possible with [midifile] or other object?</p>
<p>I thought about reading data to array's for sending, does this sound plausible?</p>
<p>Thanks for any ideas etc</p>

<p>xeq works great. Being on windows I couldn't just hook up to [midiout]. Sent MIDI data stream to [midiparse]. Used three [pack] objects to match channel fom [midiparse] to notes program and controller messages.</p>
<p>Open zip to find patch and MIDI file to test.</p>
